Sales Continue to Improve in 2017
During the first half of 2017, Miramar Beach average sales prices increased 15.5% and price per sq ft increased 6% compared to the first half of 2016.
The only lot sale in Gulf Pines this year sold at a $408 per sq ft, being the largest lake front lot in the neighborhood. No homes have sold this year, however, 264 Lakeview Beach Drive, listed by the Nathan Abbott Team, is currently under contract.
