Area Sales Continued to Improve in 2017
The Okaloosa Island real estate market continued to improve in 2017 with 16% more sales than in 2016. Units sold had a 2% increase in sales price and 5% increase in price per sq ft.
Sales activity nearly doubled at Island Princess in 2017. Average price and price per sq ft declined compared to 2016. Unit 409 was listed by the Nathan Abbott Team and sold at $325 per sq ft, which is $36 more than the Okaloosa Island average.
