Sales Improve in 2017

Overall, our local real estate market continued to increase in sales and prices during 2017. Blue Gulf Resort properties had an 18% increase in average sales price, 12% increase in price per sq ft and were on the market 32 days less than in 2016.

The physical benefits of exercise have long been established, but the benefits to your mental health can be just as vital. This year, the GRAYT Santa Pub Crawl benefits the Florida Panhandle Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention – that is why this partnership makes a GRAYT team! The GRAYT Santa Pub Crawl Benefits not only a GRAYT cause but also allows for the growth of local youth and adult athletic programs in our area.
