January through June 2018, there were 6% more Miramar Beach single family homes sold compared to 2017. On average, homes sold 42 days sooner.
There have not been any sales at Gulf Pines this year. Four homes/lots sold in Gulf Pines in 2017. Average sales price increased 18% and price per sq ft increased 36% ($84 more per sq ft) compared to 2016 sales.
