Area Sales Activity Increases in 2018 

Miramar Beach condos sales volume increased 41% during the first half of 2018 compared to the 2017. Average price increased 21% and price per square foot increased 5%. 

Three Boardwalk Villas units sold so far in 2018. The average price was lower than in 2017 and may be due to the units being 1 bedroom units. The two units sold in 2017 were updated 3 bedroom units. However, price per square foot remained steady. 

Lakefront Villas sold January through June of 2018 had a 33% increase in average price and 14% increase in price per square foot. The units sold at 98% of list price.
