Area Sales Activity Increases in 2018 

Miramar Beach condos sales volume increased 41% during the first half of 2018 compared to the 2017. Average price increased 21% and price per square foot increased 5%. 

Units sold during the first half of 2018 at Tides showed a steady market, with a slight reduction in price per square foot. 

There have been several Beach Manor units sold this year. Most of them were Gulf front units, causing the price per square foot and average price to increase dramatically. The non-Gulf front units sold at a comparable price to 2017.
